Well, you would have to source the lights as I do not sell BD.(although we might be able to get them to do a group buy for a package)
Regarding the housing, it's not cheap to 3D print(this isn't your normal printer). But I'd guess ~$80-100 range.

I was in til I realized those baja rock lights are ~65 PER light. That is an insane price for a 208 lumen 2 LED rock light.

That makes it ~260 for just the lights alone + another 80-100 for the 3d print.

I’m 100000% in at $100. Understanding that it isn’t cheap to 3D print, also don’t mind paying for the time you’re putting in. More than a fair price.

That's retail, And I'm hoping we can get a bundle together with BD directly.
Also... no one is making you buy anything. I am just offering a solution to the original post that went south.
I will say...I've blown much more $$ on other stupid stuff/lights.

I didn’t say I was obligated to buy, just that I had interest and I’m just saying it sucks that the lights cost so much and your project is specific to mounting those lights only.

The print itself as a projected price sounds great.

I’ve blown money on equally stupid stuff I’m sure. I’ve got a $150 military CB Antenna mounted in my truck bed that I’ve hardly ever put to use.

I just wish their lights were cheaper.

Yes, they are quite expensive for what you get. I'm still open to other light alternatives that are compact and still bright.

I'll be getting my lights tomorrow and will be making a NEW THEAD so we we don't get confused with OP's Original idea.

@mesojdm What about the KC cyclones. That might be a nice alternative.
2.2 in diameter and .53 deep. Also avail in a multitude of colors. 516 lumens.
Looks like it would fit and brighter than the bajas

    Best part only about $30

Those cyclone lights are really nice. I have three of them for lighting camp.

    And super cheap.

Nice rendering! That's one way to cram a pair of S2's in.
