Looks good, I would finish it off by doing some gusset cutouts on the faces and fillet's on the corners.

Just have the part drawings out to a few machine shops for quoting. Take a few days to get back, seeing what sort of quantity discount we could get.

Following. My current tent "feet" are always falling off anyway. And never on a level surface.

Just a consideration, Tepui has two different telescopic ladders. The regular and the Ruggedized, and they are different diameters. Just a heads up!

EDIT: This is misinformation, as explained below, sorry

Not so unless this is a new change that hasn't been communicated yet. No ruggedized specific ladders. It's possible that you're comparing the older ladders to the new design Tepui started using last year. These can be distinguished by the difference rung attachment and locking tabs.

Ah okay, that's what it is. My mistake! I was just recently comparing my Autana Ruggedized to a friend regular Autana and figured it was a "Ruggedized" feature

I'm hoping to get pricing this week. Got a couple shops quoting it. If its not ridiculous pricing, I will do the versions for the other tent models. Its pretty straightforward.

As a matter of fact yes! I got back two of the three quotes and was looking them over yesterday. If the best price I got ends up being the best price then:

    25-49 sets: $350 shipped

    50+ sets: $300 shipped

Its all billet machined aluminum, 6061-T6.

    Yikes!
Probably just stick to stacking a couple pieces of wood or a rock to level.

    I read it as 300/50=$6 each or 360/25= $14.40 each. If it's $300 a piece

Your rig looks familiar. You around Los Gatos or do you drive 85 north in the mornings?

Nope, neither. But I did buy a molle panel from you. Picked it up at your workplace  Love that thing!

Like I said though, still one more quote coming. Hopefully we can shave some more dollars off.
