    Hey TW,

I'm thinking about selling my truck and getting a cheap sedan for a little while. My fiancée and I split up and I moved out. :( I'm looking to get some quick cash to buy a house and so I'm considering selling my truck.

Here's a link to the truck:

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/107267-ccoorreeyys-build-thread.html

It currently has 45K miles on it. Runs great and regularly serviced by Toyota of Santa Monica.

Just curious what I could REALLY get for it. KPP says roughly 27K which I think is a joke considering you can get one new for 2-3k more.

Any thoughts on pricing would be much appreciated!

Bump. Anybody think I can get more than 25K for it?

I think you'd be hard pressed to get $25k+ for it, honestly. I have the same whip and almost just bought a new 2011 when I turned my lease in last month, but we've had good times in my truck and it only has 38k miles on it since it sits parked most of the time while I drive my work truck so I saved a few bucks and held on to it. I think the buyout was around 23K when it was all said and done.

It will be tougher too, the thing has been wheeled pretty good, jumped, all kinds of stuff. Also in a fairly major accident. That kind of stuff makes it tougher for a prospective buyer even if in the end the truck is as strong as stock.

after looking at your build thread, thats a truck
"only a mother could luv" (or original owner)
I'd try for a pretty even swap on trade
    Good Luck

Thanks Guys. You're all right. Accident, mother lover, off-road, jumping beast! It would be hard to find someone who'd be willing to pay more than 25K for it.

Ya don't get us wrong, it looks like a great truck, and a lot of fun. Just tough to get buyers to sign off on a truck that has been jumped, wheeled hard, smashed, then repaired :D Not without a good discount anyways.
