    No that was just a flare, they had bulb seating problems in that pic that have since been fixed. The output is actually a lot better now then in that picture too.

    The light output is amazing on these way better than stock. With a set that's already retrofitted it's all plug and play. Just remove the old and bolt in the new. The hard work is putting the retros in and that's done. Just let me know if you have any more questions.
