yeah I NEVER use the back glass, but i would if it were a button press

my 4runner back glass is constantly being used

 

I'd be in, but wiring is not a skill I'm familiar with. Maybe a nearby TW member can provide installation. Or a write-up would be great w/lots of pics.

I still haven't installed my LED lightbars & Blue Sea fuse box I purchased in a GB 2 years ago. Lol.

I use my slider all the time. So much so that I broke the handle & had to fix it MaGyver style.

I love this. I never use my back window because Im always worried i will leave it open and im lazy.

 

Great idea, I would be in for this. Like many people have said I never use my rear glass but this would give it some use!

That would depend on the $$$. Considering the amount of mud I wash off my truck, I'm not too dainty to pull over anywhere and close the thing. Besides, having the wife climb over the console gives me a chance to swat her ass!

 

I like the idea, just a few minor things that I don't care for.

I like how it's secure, more so than the standard latch. I don't like how the rollers for the motor show above the seat line. I also don't like how the motor obstruct the standard storage compartment. And lastly, the switch design. Maybe if a factory switch off of a minivan or something to fill a stock void.

I think you are referring to my original kit version that I already sell. The full hidden kit that this thread makes reference to doesn't have anything visible except two very small brackets that mound to the window frame (see video at beginning of this thread). The motor does not occupy the storage compartment -- it is hidden in the space between the two storage compartments.

BTW, I should clarify that even with the current "orignal version" of the kit that I sell, there is nothing above the seat line. Everything is concealed when the seatbacks are locked in their upright position.
