Just wondering if anyone knows if this is still going to happen or not? Haven't seen any updates. Wondering how much longer i should set aside the cash for this before using it on something else if this is a no go. As much as a supporter i am for this, my excitement has dwindled to almost none.

BenWA has had some set backs, he is not selling the hidden version as of yet, no plans on going forward now. Still sells the original I think. PM him.

In like a fat kid at the candy store. The better half even said, "Why didn't you get the auto beer window option?" I had to explain their wasn't one since many of the "luxury" truck features haven't made their way down to the humble yet proud tacoma just yet.

I have a 2010 access cab and have been trying to locate a kit that I can install myself. Can you help me find a dealer or a builder/supplier. Thank you Paul

not to steal thunder from BenWa or thread jack. I've always supported this from the beginning. Just want to share that it's pretty much possible to do it yourself. Got the motivation from various threads on this mod to do it myself. Finish mines about a month ago. Took a lot of reading and searching up on TW. Now it's not 100% complete yet(would say 99%), as I'm still searching for an alternative switch to the one I have now. I want it OEM-ish as possible. It does function, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Props to BenWa of course.

Just took this today. Had to take it apart and install a different bracket from what I had originally installed. First bracket would pop up whenever I opened it. Now there's more tension and it sits flush against the glass and channel. Like I've said there's always room for improvement.

First video is without the back rest. You can kind of see how it's laid out, where the motor and cable housings are. Second video- with the back rest installed and it's fully hidden. 3rd video- that was when I completed it for the first time. Some of the videos lag but you get the idea. I'm clueless on how to embedd the vids, but here they are. Let me know if they don't work.

BenWA, have you thought of doing a Kickstarter? That way, people have to put their money where their mouth is and you'll know if you have real traction. It will also get a wider audience.

^^ He'd already done that. But Kickstarter wouldn't approve it. Last time I read he's trying to deal with Indiegogo.

yours looks great. did you use the same parts as BenWa? you obviously did the full hidden version. I am thinking of doing one myself if i can find the parts and instructions.

Thanks man. Probably the hardest mod so far for me. Yups, fully hidden.

Unfortunately no instruction(s) on installing one of these. Study his new kit that he currently installs and you'll get an idea of how everything goes.

-Honda Ridgeline rear privacy glass regulator
-bicycle brake cable and cable housing
    -2 way rocker switch
    -add a fuse
    -wiring
