Feeler: How many 2nd Gen owners are interested in a power sliding window mod kit?

Hm, I haven't thought of that possibility before. Not sure how that would work. Interesting thought.

 

It can be mounted almost anywhere you want. On my earlier version of the kit, some folks have mounted the switch in the blank switch knock outs left of the steering column. Most have cut new slots in the dash or console for the switch though.

Hell yeah. As it is I never open my slider, but would love to be able to hit a switch to do so.

I voted Maybe, But I am very seriously considering it. I am just curious about how it installs and what the kit actually looks like and how it works. I almost bought one of the earlier kits but didnt like the exposed motor. Any chance we can see the actual product installed?

I already put in the over priced version from CR Lawrence; otherwise, hell yeah!

 

Only opened if I have haul something long like 10' copper pipe, etc.
