So there's 1500 miles on them? Is the MPG really that bad? I have 265/70/17 TA KO's.

No, there isn't 1500 miles on them. Now there's right around 2k i think. The MPG's aren't that bad, there's a combination of reasons why I want to trade em up. Do you have pics of your tires?

I have pictures, but not recent. I'll have to take some. I purchased them about 2 or 3 months ago.

Mine have about 5K on them. 3,000 of which were one trip highway miles to Dallas.

What are the other reason's why you wanted to trade them? Noise? Bogged down?

    Thanks!

I want to get rid of them for 1) Mpg 2) loss of power and 3) rubbing. I've cut as much of the plastic as I'm willing, and don't want to go the length of cutting to stop the rubbing

I'm not really concerned about 1 and 3. I'm really concerned about the loss of power. Let me sleep on it. I'll give you an answer tomorrow. Sound good?

Sounds good. I really only notice the power loss when driving up steep grades, if it makes any difference.
Get some pics of your tires up when u get a chance pls. Where u located?

Here's photos I just took in my garage. It's dark in there so they're not that great. I tried. I live by LAX.

BTW - There's snow in my tires right now. That's the white stuff you see imbedded in the grooves.

^ The Power Issue is NOT bad @ all. Its the Trimming most will be worries about. However you already said you don't mind. So thats not going to be a problem. The other problem is you need a lift of 2.5 @ least. Stock rims you have will need spacers to prevent rubbing.

Corey, you up to driving to Winnetka on Sunday? My schedule is slammed. I'll be home Sunday morning, tacoskim will be over and we're installing UCA's on his truck. I think South bay is only about 25-30 miles.

Also, are your wheels rattle canned?

^ Nick, I think Corey did his Rims @ Mod Day 5. They looks nice. Don't you have the same rims? Even swap out? :D
