    for best results, heat apply roll.
    They have an adhesive already on the sheet and it would stick but best results are obtained with heated and rolled

    If it is like any of the other butyl rubber based sound deadeners like Dynamat, from my experience you need a roller AND heat gun to apply it correctly, especially in cooler weather. Once you lay an edge of the material on the truck and start heating it up, it becomes much more flexible/pliable and will get better adhesion to the surface it is being applied to which is pretty crucial for that part of the install. It also allows for making sharper bends, etc. on surfaces that are not perfectly flat. It takes a bit of time for the install with the roller and heat gun, but from all directions and instructions I have read on various products, that is the right way to install the sound deadener.
