Life is too short for what if. If you like black, get black and be happy with it. And if from time to time you look at your truck and think it looks dirty and that you have to wash it, just remember that grey looks like that even after a wash. In my opinion there is just no wow factor with grey, even after a wax (it's a bit like beige in that matter). However, nothing compares to a crisp, freshly washed black truck. The rest of the time it just looks good.

Black cars, like moths to the flame. You know you shouldnt, but cant help yourself. Its true nothing looks better when washed and waxed than black. It will last a week or two. In winter, it will be white washed till spring, or when it snows when it covers the salt. Would i get another, i dont know.

I have a few friends who complain about their black or dark cars, but never fails its exactly what their next one is. My wife see's me in my truck and cleaning regimen, and she still wants a black car. I care less and less about it looking dirty, as long as i know it has a coat of wax on their still. My favorite truck to take care of was silver

You sure you won't need it? You got 15 or so more days left.

I could not imagine only washing Betty once a month. Even in winter. Once a week is my schedule.

The ladies at the drivers license office this morning were going on how much they liked my black Tacoma. (And people say the new Tacoma is ugly)

Touchles car washes are your best friend in winter.

My poor old man had to wear those for awhile... had prostate cancer and they had to remove the prostate.

I agree with this. I live in the North Puget Sound area and went with Inferno. I wanted something more visible to stand out against the overcast conditions that we have seven months a year.

I would say blue, but you might be sick of blue.

Fwiw from having my black car, it truly shows everything and super annoying. I'm not sure how much of a stickler you are about your paint.

Well you learn something new everyday. I didn't realize they recycled the water. Still, they can't be using filthy water...
