@taco_blanco2005 exactly, that’s the place where I feel it more. Did you do the manual hub conversion as well?

    This.

I'd honestly recommend Toyota OEM vs Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings if trying to avoid vibrations. My 04 is running stock rubber body mounts while my 99 is poly/solid motor, trans, and body mounts.

I know 3rd gen 4Runner guys will replace the rear body mounts with poly and the remaining with rubber to avoid clearance issues with their rear bumpers. Our beds are solid mounted so it's less of an issue.

Here's a solid write-up on the job. Not that bad to do in the driveway. And the Energy Suspension instructions.

@taco_blanco2005 I thought your truck was lifted like mine but if that’s almost stock, I don’t know what else to do. Because this nightmare started as soon as I lifted the Taco. Nobody in this forum get the same issue?

Did you see my post and the follow up post re suggesting looking into the body mounts? There is a body mount almost directly below the left foot rest in the pedal box. If you have tried everything else it would be well worth inspecting and replacing the body mounts.

I wasn’t going to be this mean but I agree. My 04 does this and the only logical next step is the body mounts. It did this with my stock suspension and aftermarket OME suspension.

I would’ve already dealt with it if my head gaskets didn’t start leaking. Engine removal & refresh is more pressing than a small vibe in my floorboard.

Wasn't trying to mean at all- Who could take Muguatu seriously? I didn't click through to the posts you referenced, but one thing to know if you to go the ES route, is that other folks with Double Cabs have had issues getting the right body mounts. IIRC the double cab get two of one, while the extra cab only gets one set.. I also remember seeing somewhere that ES may have resolved the issue. But it's worth mentioning and knowing to check up front.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Plus 1 on the Body Mount suggestion. That mount is, literally, exactly where you are talking about, under the left side of the drivers floor board.

@Double Deuce sorry did you find the culprit of your floorboard feeling? I know @Andy01DblCabTacoma and others members highly suggested to check the body mounts (I will order next week) but I’m curious that many people has same problem but they don’t report if they fix it or found it.
Also I will like to know if someone of you guys has the Tacoma manual hub conversion using the free wheel hub (gray color)? I’m not sure if mine came incomplete or so, checking some pictures I see that is missing the thick washer and bolt that I see on another posts.

Most people don’t have the time to chase this relatively insignificant issue. A lot of these trucks are high mileage and have a lot more vibrations and squeaks.

As for the manual hubs the only type that came on our trucks are the Aisin gray dial FHT-019. That washer/bolt hasn’t proven to be necessary and a lot of trucks I disassemble don’t have it. Part number is 90119-08466.

I have not. I just live with it. That said I will be doing a lot of work on the truck this summer/fall as my father in law is going to complete a frame off paint job on it (he has an auto body shop) including pro 15 for the frame. I will replace the mounts at that time so hopefully it solves the riddle
