    Many years ago now I was about the same, I was running crews building several schools in a row, stressed out to the max. I developed a bleeding ulcer which led to the Dr telling me I couldn't drink coffee anymore. I almost cried. Almost. He told me if I cut WAY back and switch to espresso I could still have some. I bought a machine that day.
