Also I learned a valuable lesson the other day, don't use that light weight sheet rock if you plan on using any sort of sheet rock anchor. IMG_0712.jpgIMG_0710.jpg Haven't had time to clean up the Xmas avalanche. The anchors are rated a 150# a piece and there was 3 of them. Oh well.

Woops! Time to renovate the garage! Just take the ceiling out and install a two post lift.

I did that almost 2 years ago. All new electrical(added a 30amp 250v circuit), the rock on the ceiling and 1/2" plywood on the walls so I could screw anything anywhere. Plus new insulated garage door and took out a window and cut a whole thru the brick for a side door.

The pictures look really nice. There a lot of work to do behind the scenes?

Yes, needs new windows up stairs, the basement and studio have been over run by a hoarder of art supplies and the waste associated with photography, painting and candle making. There is some sort of problem with the well also. The kitchen and living room look Like a million bucks and it's on 5 acres so......

Time to take a hard look behind the walls and make sure everything is structurally sound. Isn't this the house that you said looked like it wasn't remodeled that well. Well issues can be a nightmare so getting a clear answer of what's going on with it would be good.

I like the views of the house it looks like a cool piece of property.

The property is great, the house is mostly fine. This house had a good remodel of kitchen but the upstairs is almost totally untouched. The biggest problem we had with this one was the price. I really thought it would have sold already and for more than they're asking.
