I feel the same. Used all my vacation to be for mine to be at his side, his cancer came back bad and only a few months before was said to be in remission. Had such a rare cancer I can't even pronounce it with the NHL blood cancer stuff. Had to fight for treatment it was so expensive. In and out of 3 hospitals. Clinical trials got him past the 2nd one. Still struggle with it. Gets easier but out of your head. Changed me for sure. We're here for ya.

Still on the Bronco list? The other day I saw one and realized the body lines are very similar to land rover / range rover. Thought that was interesting but didn't get into it.

Yep, holy heck they must have taken a butt ton of reservations. If I actually get to turn it into an order by the end of March like my dealer says then I might go through with it. Although it sounds like my order will be for a 2022. Crazy.

The Bronco sport definitely has a Land Rover-ish look to it.

My wife had 2 interviews this week for a tech company so fingers crossed. Going back to a dual income household would make it easier for me to pull the trigger on a new rig.

I’m not sure yet. My wife’s is leaning towards keeping it and getting something else that maybe I won’t go crazy with. To me it sounds like a pain in the ass to have two rigs since one would just sit in the driveway a lot.

I'd keep it around at least the first year of owning the second one. That way, you can make an informed decision whether you like one better than the other or you want to keep both.

It’s the parking situation that’s a problem in this multi vehicle world. I’m still planning on some sort of camper this year and I only have so much driveway space.

For sure. It will make it easier to drag my wife along on some longer trips away. Also I’m old and not super fond of sleeping on the ground anymore.

I keep playing around with the idea of a cargo trailer conversion or a hiker trailer. Something comfy and climate controlled to sleep in and doesn't require setup.
