I'm honestly not sure how to react to it either. I got mine before you, and I ordered 3 days after you. I can only assume it might be due to being international, but what do I know.

Hey Seth, I know we spoke a couple times recently but again I apologize for the lapse. Seems like a technical issue in my system with the Email automations /Order confirmation which should be generated at the time the order is placed. I’ll be working with IT this week to resolve this.

(If anyone else has placed an order and did not received a Order# /confirmation, please call me at (904) 497-0101.)

Seth, in the meantime I’ve texted you from my personal line with that original confirmation, as well as when you can expect the shipping confirmation /UPS Tracking#. Your FEND-X Liners are near completion, just need to finish routing the bumper portion for your CBI T3 plate Bumper. Again, I appreciate your patience and look forward to getting this Gear in your hands!

Hey Brandon, glad to see you received the FEND-X Liners! There should be a note on your shipping slip to call in so we can go over a few things to get you started then we’ll email you an installation write-up.

Thank you for posting some content, it’s awesome seeing these out in the wild. :mudding:

Hey Jim, your FEND-X Liners are looking great! If you can send me some photos I’d really appreciate it! Enjoy the custom Gear :fistbump:

No need to remove the wheels for the Splash Guard install. Same goes for the FEND-X Wheel Liners. However, with the FEND-X Liner install removing the wheel will give you ample room to get these installed without having to wrestle it around the tires.

Yes, I can send a write up for your configuration.Your FEND-X Liners were for a 3rd Gen with the BAMF tube bumper?

    :mudding:
To get you started: First thing you’ll want to do is remove from the sleeve and lay FEND-X Liners in direct sunlight for 30min-1hr, the Liners will absorb the infrared heat which will allow the Liners to unravel and flatten out.

Once your FEND-X Liners are completely flattened out, place the FEND-X Liners back in direct sunlight to preheat for installation (FEND-X Liners will absorb infrared heat and reach Temperatures up to 160 F within ~30 min, wear gloves when handling). This method bakes the entire Liner at once and will make it even more pliable and easier to conform inside the wheel wells. FEND-X Liners will start cooling down to the atmospheric temperature once removed from direct sunlight.

Side note - If you need to apply direct heat, use a heat gun. Do not use a torch.

Your FEND-X Liners are designed to route inside of the Fender, behind the Fender Tabs and will taper along the inside of the Fender Edge.

Side note - Highly recommend flattening pinch-welds. Not required, but maximizes wheel clearance and allows FEND-X Liner to sit flush against the firewall.

Sweet. Good info. On that note, is it recommended to use the OEM fender liner mounting holes to help hold it in place?

Also, just for additional info, do you happen to have detailed images of install? Like where to slide it in and whatnot.

Yes, you’ll be using the pre-existing mounting holes along the Fender edge. As long as your FEND-X Liner is blocking the backside of the Fender Tabs, you’re in good shape. You’ll be surprised how easy the install is after you finished. I just emailed you a more detailed write-up for your configuration. Feel free to give me a call with any questions, happy to help!

Thanks for ordering, appreciate the support! Look forward to getting this gear in your hands :headbang:

2nd Gen Trimmed Fender gang :fistbump:

I get a ton of questions about Logo options and Trimmed Fenders. The FEND-X Engraved Logo option comes standard on every set of FEND-X Liners. We also offer different backplate’d color options to stand out from the crowd. Custom logos such as your business logo, etc. can also be opted to be engraved or backplate’d.

The FEND-X Liner Trimmed Fender configuration was redesigned over the new year 23’ and is a bolt-on product. I’ve taken all the guesswork out of the notorious “Fender Trim” and everything was redesigned to not only line up with pre-existing holes in the inner wheel well so everything bolts right in, but these are now tapered with a slight kicker pass the flares which 1) provides additional coverage from rooster tails / overspray and 2) looks badass!

The real functional design behind the kickers: These kickers extend beyond the Trimmed Fender edge and cover the gap that is incurred between the Fender and the Flare once it’s been trimmed (shown below). Our L-brackets are the most common method of mounting along the Trimmed Fender edge since the Factory Lip and Liner mounting locations are deleted once the Fender is Trimmed. Hopefully this helps answer some of the common Q’s from the TW community. Happy trails TW Fam! Be smart out there and tread lighty! :mudding:
