I’d love to see some pics with how these fit on trimmed fenders. I bought oem splash guards after throwing mine out when trimming because I didn’t like how the air intake was exposed. I mocked them up and I figured it was way too much work to try and get them to work.

I would like to buy your product, but don’t have the $$ to spend and have something I don’t know if its gonna for sure work. I know you say it will but until I see it in action I have to hold out.

Very elegant solution OP. I'll be watching from the shadows to see some real world feedback.

I am curious about this though. Would you be able to elaborate on how making a set takes hours? To me it appears like you just cut to shape and that's it, but I could very well be wrong.

Well I’ve been following along for a few days and really feel the need to butt in now. Everyone giving the OP a hard time about the pricing ...shut up and just don’t buy them if you don’t like it but don’t poop on his parade like he’s some jerk reselling a TRD supercharger for $8000. Skilled labor averages from $30-40 per hour in these here United States and even higher if you throw a union into the mix. It is completely normal for materials to be keystoned in manufacturing a product which means if the manufacturer pays $5 he sells it for $10 or more. Most of you bitching about the price probably paid $300 for Bushwhacker fender flares ...that only have about $40 in raw materials in them and I’m sure you didn’t write them an e-mail complaining about the price or bash them on TW...most of you probably have UCA’s from someone like TC that you paid $700 for ...psst lemme whisper a secret in your ear - they only have about $200 in those max aaaand a lot of you have Prinsu racks too...ya’ wanna hazard a guess at the material cost vs retail cost of those ? How about Superbumps for $60...uh yup that about $4 in rubber.

Easier said than done, 60k machine and it'd be a lot easier done than said. Between laying out design/cut/edging/machining/packaging time flies

Since trimmed fenders aren't created equally, no 2 trucks are going to have identical configurations which suggest no 2 installations will be exactly the same. If not confident/comfortable with installing we recommend having an off-road shop tailor it for you

I’d rather not go to a shop. But basically I have all the oem mounting points that are not attached to the fender/fender flare edge. Which I mean if you go to fiberglass then I think I am the same boat as that.

I am just curious if this material is strong enough not to sag near the edge of the fender since the mounting spots are atleast a few inches away from there? I am sure I could figure out something to hold them up but it would probably take some creativity.

Also do you have plans to make sets for the rear? I do not like my gas filler neck being so exposed.

    Thank you!

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
Nevermind this post, was totally mistaken. M'bad.

Probably should update your website to match your claims here. Your site, which does not describe it as "outlast the life of my truck" (unless you get trucks like every few years o_O)

Our material is a commercial grade rubber compound with chemical resistant properties and upgraded width to bring you 3x the durability as the dealer. Non drilling application makes each set a precut and pre punched design that lines up with all existing holes on your truck.
Sub'd for sure! Hope your weekend is awesome! It's a blast furnace in places...
