Have you offered to call Child Protective Services for her for endangering children by illegally and dangerously driving with them in a car without a license? Its a felony under Texas’ child endangerment laws to drive dangerously with children under 15 in the car.

    Yep

I’ve had to deal with accidents in parking lots a lot. All in Texas.

The first was when I got t-boned by an illegal immigrant who had no car insurance and no license. I had the cops show up and all they would do was was write a report. Didn’t even arrest the guy for being an illegal immigrat(Houston-sanctuary City).

The last time was a few months ago. My wife was backing out of a spot and saw another guy backing out opposite of her so she stopped, but he kept going and slammed into her. She call the cops and they said they don’t respond to fender benders on parking lots. Thankfully a witness saw my wife stop first because the other guy told his insurance that my wife slammed into him. With the witness testimony our insurance went after his.

Good luck, imsuramce companies will handle it.

Im currently being "sued" too. A rear ended a lady in 2013, minor damage to both cars, exchange insurance, move on. 3 years later Im served papers from her lawyer for neck, spine and hip injuries from an impact below 3 mph...

The lawsuit is laughable and my lawyer asked my side and I signed the document saying I wasnt lying. They said theyll take it from here.

I do, but not from the accidents. Haha

Lifting bumpers and sliders all the time gets old sometimes.

Good. Thanks to your sliders, recovery bar and skids I'm swapping my Fox 13" 600 lbs springs for 14" 650 lb springs. Serves you right for cranking out that steel armor.
