    Laws are different from state to state. Insurance companies sometimes "bully" customers hoping they don't know the laws. Know your rights in your specific state.

    And that's a crap shoot these days. I had work done at a body shop 3yrs ago
    Great job. Had work done same shop this fall. Truck is back there for 3rd time. Not happy with work, or I should say lack of good work.
