Fender/box bolt help

I removed the rear brace that braces the fender to the box. The bolt that goes into the box broke and I had to drill it out. It's a bolt the bolts into a threaded type sleave. Accrording to my local parts guy he just has a part # for the bolt itself and not the sleave. The only thing he can see is threaded part is part of the box and not sold seperately. Anyone have any ideas? Is he wrong?

It would be part # 90119-06769
