Fender Flare Fitment Search

So I did use the search function looking for a thread where people had installed fender flares eliminating the protruding plastic nub and screw fastener at the bottom back end of the wheel well as you see in the picture. I found nothing specific. I’m sure there is something on this forum but it’s like finding a needle in a haystack at least for me. Any advice would be appreciated. I prefer the color black and with a matte finish. Preferably somewhat easy to install but the main goal is to eliminate the part circled in the picture. This is a 2021 SR5 4WD with 33” 285/70R17 tires and Fuel wheels 17x9 -12. Also I have attached a video I took detailing some of the challenges I’m having. Thanks.
