Hi, I've been thinking about adding a flare kit to my 2015 access cab. I have the stock wheels with 235/75/15 tires. I like the idea of having a bit more protection on the fenders. I don't go off road. The bushwackers seem a bit over kill for my needs but with out seeing them on a truck like mine it's hard to tell. Anyone else have after market fender flares on their access cab with 15" wheels and oversized tires?

FWIW.. i fiddled with this idea, decided against them, and sold the flares on. They weren't Bushwackers, but a cheaper alternative found on Ebay. I taped them up, backed up about 20 feet, said 'nah', and that was it.

The problem is this, for myself - i had to go to +10 or higher on rim offset, to get the proper track width to justify them. It wasn't worth the increased wheel bearing wear to do so. The 5-lug axles are designed more like SUV/Cross-over vehicles, not actual LT axles that the 6-Lug's have..

I was running 225/75R16 at the time - it would have looked off (IMHO) running my current 235/85R16, unless i really cranked out the rims with 2" of spacers, or swapped out rims to something that had much higher + offset.
