    Hi TW Friends,

I'm looking to take off a damaged Fender Flare on my 17 DBCAB Sport and I'm curious about if the Flare is held on with any 2 sided tape and/or adhesives?
Also are they held together by bolts or are there clips or both? How easy is it to remove and replace?

oem flares are mounted with screws and holes. think the rubber edge you see is just an insulator.

It is definitely sealed with a two sided tape adhesive strip. It is easy to get off the fenders but very difficult to get off the inside of the fender flare. IIRC the dealer quoted me $70 per fender flare for replacement adhesive tape

It is also held together by orange and blue clips. You will break some when you are pulling the flares off. They are expensive at the dealer but I got replacements from NAPA for half the price

2-3 screws on each, double-side adhesive + a ton of blue little clip that snap it in place, just remove the screws and pull very hard on the flare begining from one side and one clip at a time.
