Noticed today that the rear wheel fender flare is separating from the body of the truck (attached).

Checked the other ones and the front passenger side is starting to separate as well. Should I just take it to a body shop? Kind of surprised as the truck is only 3 years old.

Body shop not necessary. Just pull it off and reapply some 3m double sided tape and your golden.

If your under warranty and there is no damage to the area, take it to the dealer and they will put on new flares
If out of warranty, just remove the flare, and get new tape. Make sure you clean both surfaces really well or it wont stick that great.
