Fender Flare?

    Hey guys,

    This is such a stupid question and I am embarrassing myself for having to ask this but what is the difference between inner fenders with flare and without flare? I recently had my inner fender torn out so I was looking to get a new one but cant find a picture that shows differences. Thanks for the help.
