Fender Flares?

Hi, I'm new to the forum. Just bought my first Tacoma. A 2016 TRD Sport 4x4 in Quicksand. I wanted the Off Road but I was told there weren't any available with the other options I wanted.
That being said I'd like to change a couple features of my Sport to mirror the OR, mainly the fender flares and the wheels and tires. My questions are: where can I buy fender flares without bolts to modify my truck? Or can I buy them off of someone with a OR? Are the factory ones removable?
Second, I wanted to ask if anyone is interested in trading their OR wheels and rims with my Sport wheels and rims. Mine are brand new with 200 miles on them and I'd like to trade for the same. I'm in Northern California.
