I came across them but they don't make them for the 2012-15 tacos.

I could be wrong but I believe those are production parts for a model sold in japan and they get the Hilux over there instead of the Tacoma.

If you guys have any suggestions on the style I'm all ears. I have been between keeping everything stock looking and just sticking out a bit further or adding another style line, like a flare on a flare. I was thinking early on about making a small piece that would go over the flare in the wheel well and use the same bolts and then just go 2 inches up and have a gasket edge to the flare to make widening as cheap and easy as possible.

Opinions on the topic are greatly welcome and thanks again guys for all the kind words.

OP: Google "Arctic Tacoma". They made some rather radical flares for that custom build. Granted, they fitted like a 42" tire on ifs but it's still cool to check out.

I really like your idea with the cardboard prototype.
Wide tires will fling rocks and tear up paint and I personally don't care for the big Bushwacker flares. I just don't like the look. Those looked pretty nice on a white truck.

Wish they had rears. None of the fiberglass works with the tonneau I have. The flat top ones would work with a rolling cover I guess but I really like my paint matched undercover. Plus rolling would suck when it ices up. Also, I much prefer stock metal over fiberglass.

How do you like this size tire? How much trimming did you have to do to get it to work? I really want to run 305's but this is the also the smallest for BF Goodrich KO2's.

Not trying to highjack the thread, but can OP tell me the winch set-up you have? I love the fact that it's pretty stealth with the rest of the bumper left in place.

Also those are sick-ass headlights.... Mfr?

What kind of headlights did you use? I'm having a problem with one and would like to contact the mfg. Actually, Any info you could give me on any of the mods would be appreciated!! The truck is running good and very clean yet...added a tonneau cover and K2's (tires). Cooper's were getting loud.
