Now if Toyota would put that Lexus 5.0 in the 4th gen Tacoma. They would have a truck with an MSRP of $100,000 +.

CAFE is probably holding them back. If that were the case I don't think they could keep up orders. That would be like a dream.

When I see trucks with all that bolt-on shit on the road, I always look to see if the driver looks like Jesus from the Big Lebowski. Just seems like that’s what he would drive... except maybe in purple.

So, not asking if people like flares or not, not asking if you agree with me on stock flares
Was simply asking what subtle flares people recommend. I don't like the looks of bushwhacker flares, don't need to be told that "real trucks" have them...
Not sure why a simple question turned into this.

I've posted this in the other flare thread. When I put my 285's on, my tires stuck out way past the stock fender flare, kicking up mud and debris on the body. Since I'm not a fan of mud flaps, I looked around for wider flares. Opted for the RDJ wide flares, and color matched them to my Army Green truck. Now the edge of my tires are perfectly even with the outside of the flare. No more crap up on the paint.

To each his own, but I never liked how the front OEM flare just ended in the middle of the bumper. The RDJ flares wrap under for a more complete look.

Those aren't bad, I am probably not going to go very wide on my wheels that may look a bit funny. I may have to approach this again after I get new wheels

Looks awesome. Awesome looking ride. You have to match the color of the larger flares to the truck like this guy did. Much better than the skinny factory.
Expect to see this on the new generation Pro.
