So my bolt keeps coming loose from my fender to bumper. I thought I got the right part for it but it doesn’t seem right. The bolt screws into the plastic piece which is stripped out. Any help ?

They unfortunately strip very easily. I mixed up some 5 minute epoxy, filled the threads with it using a nail, then put the screw back in after it dried. It works well enough. You could also replace the insert. Dealers are pretty good at identifying these parts and they are cheap.

I think the part is a fail. The plastic is too weak for the thread pitch of the screws. I have had better success with the epoxy method. You could also fit a larger screw.
