Anyone have this issue. My rear driver fender is separating from the body, was fine when I drove it home from dealer a few weeks agao, now about 1/8 to 3/16 gap. One pick is passenger side rear for reference. Just curious, its such a tiny issue, and probably has no real world impact except if it continues to separate? Easy for me to fix? Haven't really looked into how the fenders get installed/switched out etc.

Mine separates a bit. My 2019 Tacoma and my step sisters 2018 Tacoma both do the same thing.

No real world issue. Just the gasket/tape seal between the plastic fender and metal body may allow water to pass by. But since it can't get trapped not a huge deal, replace gasket if concerned.
