Fender Trims/Suspension Installs 909/626

I did

 

Tacoma TRD Offroad:

My TRD Pro Build:

Took another 1" off of my truck for a total of 2" cut from the fenders, and painted the inner wheel wells black.

 

Looking good. Question. Any good tips or ideas to cover/protect the air intake after doing a fender cut? I left some of the inner protection and secured it in place, but I'd like to better protect the intake from air/debris/etc.

Most guys do a snorkel or some sort of custom intake setup to redirect where the air is being pulled from.

TY for the great service Gio -- had the truck running again in less than 4 hours from when I popped the hood !

I definitely noticed the difference - the cam gear benefits allowed the trans to hold a gear higher with a slight rpm increase on slight inclines VS. it would normally drop a gear and jump up to 3000+ !
