Pics of the positioning of your solenoids. There is an upside and downside.
If positioned on the downside, ARB does have fittings to accommodate the oil leakage via solenoid while the locker is in use. In the attached pic, you can see that I have my solenoids mounted in the down position for clearance purposes and the rear (on the left of the ARB manifold) is equipped with the fitting. The rear seems to have more 'blow by' than the front. This may be due to my not using the front locker much, dunno.
    I hope this helps you.

Are you sure? Last I checked, solenoids don't have a "mounting position". I don't recall any mention of solenoid mounting position on ARB's documentation.
What oil leakage are you talking about? Gear oil?
Mine are mounted laterally underneath the manifold. I don't have any blow-by on my rear locker. There's zero leakage once it's engaged.

Yes there is an actual position... perhaps because of possible seal issues within the locker.
In the past, I had a seal that worked but there was a leak, which did push diff oil back up through the solenoid.
Hence, this item to cure the situation: https://www.marlincrawler.com/air-electronics/misc-air-parts/90-degree-arb-solenoid-exhaust-fitting
In my experience, this is only needed when you have the solenoid positioned downward like I do.
I added this item with an older locker. Since, I have replaced the diff and locker and have zero diff oil residue anywhere.

    Interesting.
I'll have to take a closer look and see if the exhaust on my solenoids has been spraying oil.
I wouldn't say that it's required if you have them mounted downward. Just if you wanna keep things clean/silence the exhaust port.

Agreed... I like to keep things clean looking and didn't want to see the solenoid wires.
If you look at the solenoid port, its an actual screen to keep debris from getting in.

No kidding. I wish my engine bay looked half as clean as yours....
Yea they do good for keeping debris out and muffling the exhaust some. Would be way louder without it.

Call Brian at Diamond Axle and have him build you a replace the housing for your truck. You'll have better clearance and a crazy strong housing that you'll never bend.

Enjoy 3 inches of ground clearance.

If you're not a fan of the fabricated housing price, then go out and buy another factory Tacoma housing and truss it.

40s in the rear. 35s up front. Get that cholo lean.

Na, in all seriousness, whats my best bet without throwing hella cash. Not trying to dump a couple grand into something thats stock width.

I feel that with all the money i have thrown at this thing, it could have been sas'd on at least leaf springs by now
