I'd do || if I were you. Keep it simple until you wanna get more chiggy with it down the line. Typically /\ is for crawlers & you loose stability & handling at speed with that setup.

Are your current rear shocks using the factory frame mounts?

Do shocks || so they are most effective. Angle them inward to be 90 degrees at full articulation. Full bump straight up and down with an inch of shock shaft going and try to outboard them if possible. I leaned mine foward 10 or so degrees just to clear the tire.

Assuming it's the same thing as before where his locker wouldn't engage and was making weird noises.

@Fernando something else to keep in mind, hammers is over and guys are going to be redoing their rigs and it'll be a good time to score parts.

I thought he had a local shop do it but I can't remember. I do know that ECGS bench tests every unit before it ships. That's why they couldn't see the issue when ARB switched bonded seals 2 years ago. The seal is fine until if heats up and cools a few times. Then it fails. They replaced a metric shit ton of bonded seals after ARB finally got one that worked. I think Chase told me it was revision 4 that was bomber. That's when I finally sent mine back in to have the seal replaced.

Well. Locking gear is toast. Everything was set up great. Too much lubrication from blue mountains and a heavy foot fucked my locker up. Glad it was figuered out. Now here he we go :burnrubber:

So i have hammered down the trail and forgot the rear was locked. Not sure if thats what caused this. But watching the hammers, dudes are locked F/R and getting some.

It’s good to hear the problem has been diagnosed.
What’s the next step? New locker?
