I would recommend look at a T100 booster into an adapter for a GM master. Likely I'd start with the GM 1 5/16" master for a solid starting point and adjust from there based off feel.

Being an 01+ you have another option in the Sequoia MC kit from SOS made for 1st gen Tundras. I bought one but am at a big disadvantage being a pre 01 and have to also do a pedal swap and even after swapping pedals it's not working (pedal / pushrod is binding and I haven't put enough time into finding out if it's a difference in the position of things pre / post 01). But for you it'll be a direct swap with your 2 bolt single diaphram booster.

The T100 booster won't be a direct bolt in either as you have an 01+ and will need the pre 01 dual diaphragm 4 bolt booster which will require the pushrod to be shortened.

@malburg114 did the GM MC / 4 bolt dual diaphragm booster in his 01+ - think he has pictures in his build thread if I'm not mistaken. I bought one too (one of many potential brake setups I have waiting to try lol). You can see the Sky's adapter in the second pic.

The only thing I didn't like about the GM MC is the fact that it's a brick and it's pushed out even further from the firewall than factory with the adapter pushing it out another inchish. I don't like how much weight is cantilevered off of the 4 weld nuts in the firewall. Planning on making a bracket to help hold it coming from the cross brace for the engine with a tube clamp and a poly bushing.

Is your front axle centered? Base on the picture, the front passenger tire stick out more than the rear.

Have you gotten a chance to flex it out yet or hit any dirt/snow?

I run the T100 Booster on my 02 taco and a 1 ton dually Toyota master 1 1/16" bore and it all bolted up just needed to adjust the push rod and the threaded portion on the backside of the booster. Locks up my 40s no issues. I tried a lot of combos before getting this one to work

I used a gm booster. Tried a 1 1/4 but it was way to much. Went to a 1 1/8 and irs better but think a 1 1/16 would be best. This red truck I’m building will use a t100 master. Guy was having issues with losing brakes and I’m wondering if the abs has something to do with that so I’m deleting it all now.

Going from an 01+ to the 4 bolt booster is pretty nice as all you have to do is shorten the pushrod. Unfortunately I've been having issues going the opposite way. Sounds like I might as well give the T100 mc I have a try.

    Gotcha...moving sucks.
I'm thinking about heading out over President's day weekend. Maybe your normal spot unless it's closed/super buried in snow.

Lmk. I should have the gears broken in. That front end is making all sorts of weird noises. Gonna go thru it, soon i hope

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Man, I guess I lucked out on my brakes. I'm running Lexus front and 4runner disc rear, and my pedal feels better than ever. I nearly locked them up on the freeway this morning.

I think @Bandido is running the same brakes as I am, and I don't think he swapped his MC or booster either.

@Fernando are you going to get that thing together and Hammer down to HammerTown with us?
