That's not sketchy, I just had my frame replaced last year.

Not enough to have a build thread.
That's beautiful what'd it run you? Or do you get a discount cuz you're always name dropping HMF?

Was downpouring so will have better pictures later. Took her for a test drive and she ran great.

Time to come up with a name for her.

Thanks dude. Here is what I'm worried about. The guy said the frame was "just replaced". I punched the VIN number into the Toyota Owners website and I am showing a frame replacement in January of 2011. He said it was done "months ago".

Wish I knew I could have done that research before. The invoice itself was right online...

Under the body there was some rust naturally as we are in the northeast... I have a down payment of 2k on the vehicle, and was planning on picking it up next weekend. I've already been "halfway burned"...

What would you do if you were me?

I think there is no issue with the frame being so new. Sucks that dude lied about it.

Just buy her and start modding. You will be in love

    I think you scored, bud!

Toyota replaced the one part that actually kills these trucks with a brand new one.
    What he said.

Hey his job is to sell cars, so I get it. My first mod will be to paint the grill, front bumper and potentially rear bumper (all black).
