If they're not getting better and getting worse, take your child to Choc, https://www.choc.org. And if she is, take her to st Joseph. Which is next door. Still praying.

    TW,

Thank you all for the support over these past few days. Currently we are on day 8.

Last Saturday my fiancée started with a very small cough. She had a low grade fever on Sunday which quickly progressed through the days. As most of you know, we ended up in the ER Tuesday where it peaked at 104.

Her fever finally broke yesterday morning. She has some life back in her and she’s starting to seem like her usual self.

Even though we took all the precautions, my daughter fell sick, and that was the hardest point of the nightmare. She had a high fever and was vomiting. My little girl loves to play and walk ( she just started walking a week ago ). You could really tell there was something wrong with her ... she just laid on my chest or my fiancées.... and did little sniffles and little cries...that being said, We’ve been giving our little one the correct medicine and making sure she has fluids. She’s getting better. And has some life back in her.

Everyone is still sick... but We as a family are fighting and pulling together as much as we can.

We called the hospital. Still no test results...so we wait. Still quarantined. Plenty of supplies. Just hunkering down for the long haul.

I just want to thank everyone again from the bottom of my heart. The support here is incredible. We aren’t out of the woods yet, but I’m hoping the worst is behind us...

Will follow up again when I can.

I just read an article about either a senator or congressman who had a positive test and himself was on Day 7. Per the information he had, Days 7-8 are the height of it and then it should trail off. Hoping your family takes the same route.

I fought the flu which got both kids (luckily sparing myself and my wife) and that was scary enough last week, so knowing this BS, I can only commend you for being a badass.

So happy to hear that you guys are on the mend, and that you have supplies and medicine to keep things in check. And thank you for toughing it out, and then taking the time to post here. I admire your courage! You set a great example, and I hope all of us will take away something positive from your experience. I completely understand that you're not in the clear yet, so I'll keep praying for a speedy recovery... Again, thank you for sharing your experience!

I’m glad everything is looking more positive. Where are you that the results are talking 7-8 days? Here, Johns Hopkins is turning around results in 24 hours.
