I got a pair of glassworks fenders and my only concern with them is the underside. what should I put under the fenders so that they are properly protected? I live in the desert so rocks and other debris always get spit up and it looks like the firewall will be gone after installing the glass.

any feedback would be appreciated. thanks

in all honesty, the glass will hold up fine as it is with out any coating or protection on the inside
