Thanks man! I like your bumper! I've been wanting to change mine out pretty badly but just don't want to spend that much money on it. The only thing I'm doing in the near future (this Friday) is changing out the ball joints on my Light Racing UCA's.

Pretty awesome build man. How did you do the green on the dash circles and the dash lights its self? Giving me some great ideas for what I want to do with mine.

There's a bunch of people on here that do gauge led swaps. I want one too

I would look at others besides Light Racing. I had them on a little over a year with light off roading and the ball joints are bad already

Thanks homie! Theres a member on here, Jerez, I sent him my gauge cluster and he swapped the leds out for me. As for the dash rings, take the left kick panel off, then unclip the lower dash where the change tray is, then pull out the 2 plastic clips on the plastic above the rings, and it should pull out. Once out, unclip the rings from the backside and paint.

I love it! I think it looks a lot cleaner with the custom leds you want over the stock amber ones.

I want blue and white combo, but then I'll have to get an aftermarket head unit that's blue. Then I gotta make all my interior LEDs blue, which I want to do anyway. So eventually.

Idk what UCAs to get, I thought uniballs were bad for some reason? Idk.

When you sent your gauge cluster, how did you still drive your truck?

I picked up a gauge from a junkyard as a replacement. Jerez was pretty quick, took maybe a week and thats including ship time. Uniball UCA's are better. As for the radio, I had a pioneer that matched it all but my truck was broken into and it was stolen. I'm actually still working on replacing interior pieces that were damaged.

Might get "built right" UCAs then. Same price about and uniball.

And I don't really have the option to do that with my gauges :/

Thanks man! Yeah they can get pretty pricey. One of the SD members built it for me. I should check my ball joints soon too. I have the same arms

When I bought mine I heard nothing but good things for the price but now I'm starting to find more bad reviews. Toyteclifts.com sells the replacement ball joints for $60 each, just fyi

Yeah I couldn't either until I found temp cluster on ebay from a wrecked tacoma. If I still had mine I'd lend it to you. Jerez may have a temp one you could use if you paid for shipping on it.

What gave away the ball joint? Was it leaking or did you notice noises? My truck makes loud clicking when I go from reverse to drive or drive to reverse and I thought there was something wrong in the steering linkage. Its been bothering the shit out of me

I get a clicking noise too, not sure what it is. Figured it was my rear axle and leafs clicking/creaking over bumps

Just thought about this, if you unplug your gauge cluster, what keeps track of your odometer/miles? Would the eBay one know what your miles were?

EDIT: the mileage is kept track of in the cluster screen
