I need to replace the filler neck hose on my 08 Tacoma. Does anyone know the size/length hose I need? Thanks

Welcome to Tacoma World! Go to parts.toyota.com and fill in your vehicle information and then search things like "fuel filler neck" or "fuel filler hose". Should give you the parts you need. I'd look it up for you but we don't have all the details (motor, cab/bed size, etc) and probably easiest if you go search it. But on a quick look, the genuine Toyota rubber hose that goes between the filler neck and the tank should only cost you like $30.

I'm curious why. This wouldn't seem to be a common part to replace......

I called Toyota and they said they didn’t have specs on the hose. Just the complete filer neck assembly.
I recently replaced my fuel pump and noticed the filler hose was dry rotted

Also, when dealers replace the complete frame due to rust, they sometimes aren't careful with how they put everything back together.
Ask me how I know. :)

Yes, that's a rubber doughnut muffler pipe hanger stuffed into the bracket that holds the fuel filler pipes! I still haven't figured out what supposed to go there, but I know it's not that!
