the cheap looking chrome in the lights.....get the pro lights or the ones with no chrome

 

No they’re not. I like it. Don’t let others sway you . It’s your truck, it’s what you think matters.

Edit. There might truth to this too. At my age, I’m starting to like shiny .
Young ones = black-out
Once young = shiny

 

Interesting. I'm not a chrome person and I try to remove it when easy, but I can't see digging into new electronics/lights. And they're behind me so I don't see them

I would keep the bed cover, in fact I just got one installed.

 

Keep your tail lights! And I love your debadged look! Simple is good. I was going to get the Pro grill and this and that and the next thing…and then, the more I looked at my truck, the more I liked how it simple it looked and the stock stance. Everyone on my block and the next has a Pro grill and wheels and all sorts of stuff…and now my truck looks ‘different’ by being stock. Like yours, my truck doesn’t have the black tailgate logo inserts. Personally, I hate that crap.

Just a couple weeks in and loving it. The feel of the manual on this and the gearing is perfect for me. I’ve had plenty of manuals and it’s a good one. Not sure where the reverse gear or clutch complaints come from. Could do without the knob looking like a scrotum but my son and wife think it’s funny so I’ll keep it. This truck feels solid
