    Just picked up a 2017 Tacoma last week and couldn't be happier. Had been sitting on some money I inherited from my late mother for months now and figured she'd like to see me happy, she never bought me a vehicle before(we were poorish all our lives), I'm doing well in career these days and can afford some fun, and its an investment, right?! Never had a Tacoma before, mostly because even the 10 year old 130k mile ones are still $15-$20K!

    I generally like to know what the heck I'm talking about, but I'm also honest, so- I've never even been off-roading, but have always dreamt of and felt it would be a great fit as a hobby for me. I love the outdoors almost as much as I like looking at a challenge and thinking "I bet I can figure out how to make it happen"! I am confident, but well aware of the perils of being cocky, so I come to this forum. I am certain there is a ton of experience and knowledge(that I am hungry for!) here in this community, so I hope you are all on board with my new journey into Tacoma and off-road life!

    As a Technical Trainer in my professional life, I look forward to the day when I can confidently assist a new off-roader or general Tacoma owner in their new vehicle endeavors!

    Same here, almost a decade with mine. It gets its off-road abuse regularly, but the key I've found is proper washing technique and keeping up on the wax/sealent.

    It's got is fair share of pin stripes from off-roading, but still shines like a bell after its weekly wash :thumbsup:
