    Decided against the lift.

Instead of the lift I am getting slightly larger tires. 265x70x17.

With the money saved from the lift I am going to get rid of my chrome side rails with some black sliders and a ARB front bumper.

Can anyone suggest something different than the ARB. It seems to be the primary one.

Also if anyone has a pick of one on a Indigo ink Tacoma I would love to see it.

I work in the engineering field and alot of the sites I am going to could use the added benifit of the armour.

There is a sticky bumper thread on here. Check in there for bumpers. Personally, I think the arb looks the best, but that's just me...

There's many offroad bumpers available for our trucks. That link suggested would be a good start. Trust me though, as soon as you get an aftermarket bumper and other armor on, you'll be wanting to lift it ASAP.

Lift- king 2.5 with light racing uppers,tc coil bucket gusset, timbern bumps ,defined extended shackles with shackle brace. Armor- tire gate, custom tube bumper, kr fab rear bumper, trail gear wiy 78 in sliders Performance-intake manifold spacer, vibrant resonator as muffler, hps silicone hoses Random stuff- kenwood head unit,b&m t shifter, hood bug deflector, rear dust lights with custom bed bar and hi lift mount.
Just armor up your truck and then later do research on some good suspension that would be best for your setup

I am really sure that if I lift it after doing this my wife will have my nuts in a jar. Do these bumpers prevent or airbag deployment in a accident?

ARB claims to be the only armored bumper that still works with the airbag sensors. Out of curiosity, what lift were you considering that you'll be able to purchase new tires, sliders, and an ARB bumper with the savings?

You're gonna run an ARB bumper on the stock suspension ?

Not sure if the intent of the bumper is for a winch or not, but I am thinking about a front receiver from CBI with an "external" winch or an undercoverhwms winch mount. These options retain the stock look but can hold a winch, they are also cheaper and lighter than a plate bumper. My 2 cents.

Are you planning on beefing up the front suspention to handle the extra weight?
