I am finally a proud owner of a slightly used new to me 2002 tacoma extended cab v6 4wd auto.... has low miles of 160,000
So I need any help of what I should replace or need to check on. Has new timing belt I know, and no frame rust, engine looks very clean.

Congratulations! With those miles, unless you have good service records, couldn't hurt to change fluids: front and rear differential, transfer case, transmission, radiator.

Just so you know, pictures are going to be requested (demanded).

As said above, sounds well maintained...I'd add to check the brakes, have a look at the CV boots and generally crawl under it and have a damn good look!
    As said...pics mandatory...and congrats!

Keep that beauty all original, with the exception of maybe tires and wheels. Still nothing radical. Just some modest 16". Find some 3rd gen take offs.
Even if you don't change tires and wheels, you got a real nice truck there.

It's yours now, do what you like. Since it looks to be OR trim...I'd keep it as close to stock as possible...that's just me though.
    Cheers, Jeff

Only thing I'd change is those step sides... JMHO. Besides the mechanicals and front suspension stuff... depending on where you live, might wanna Fluid Film that rust free frame to keep it that way!

Did you get that from Davis auto sports? They just posted one identical to that. Same color, step rails and everything

All fluids and check your rotors and brake pads. I also second the LBJ because I keep seeing them fail on FB and TW. Most will tell you to go with OEM LBJ.

When you plan to mod it I would get a good suspension lift first. It will be the foundation of build.

None at all, that was the scary part, no noises, no vibrations everything was normal then I hear a boom and the whole thing caved in. Had to tow it home!
