One of your numbers is off. 240,000 kms does not equal 262,000 miles.

Crazy as it sounds, for all the material cost and fabrication required for a flatbed, you might as well fix your bed. Years ago, when rebuilding my '94, rust-free southern beds people selling were indeed rust-free but trashed all to hell. No care was taken in transporting them or storing them AND they were asking a mint for something that needed TONS of bodywork to look decent again.

Every year I take the box and bedliner out and do necessary bed repair. Do you think Krown was responsible for the rot in the bed by coating it?

Thanks. I gave $100 for it. A guy had it built for his ‘99 but then added metal to it to widen it for his 2016. I ended up cutting off what he’d added on and then cut off the old side rails and welded in new and shot it with a coat of black rattle can enamel and put in the LED taillights

Krown's service only works if you have it done annually, it's not a 1 and done thing.

If you take their service of a new vehicle, you get a guarantee of some kind. If you take a used vehicle to them, they will tell you it will not reverse the rust, but it will keep it from getting worse (but no guarantee). My experience with taking a used vehicle to them (4 so far) is that nothing got worse. it costs ~$160 a service.

cupholder yes, but the primary function of the fold out tray is to support a child car seat. There’s a latch up by rear headrest too.
Nice truck , good luck getting it sorted!
