    Hi folks,

After a long and far-reaching hunt, I finally found a 6-speed TRD off road access cab. The few that had popped up over the past 5 months all vanished instantly. Patience prevailed and I found something a little newer than I'd hoped and in my top-pick color.

I'm psyched to have a truck again for work, mountain recreation and my location. I'd briefly owned an 03 Tundra in recent years and a 92 F-150 in the 2000's. My little impreza was a blast, but loads of lumber were catching up to her quickly.

The forums have been immensely helpful in the past. Now I'm stoked to dig in as a first-time Tacoma owner and hopefully contribute back to you all.

What are your favorite things you've seen on 12-15 Tacomas?

(She got dirty and snowy fast after bringing her back into the hills of Vermont)

Patience is a virtue when looking for the elusive clean used Tacoma.

I couldn't bring myself to compromise on an auto, which lengthened the search considerably. I've always had a manual and have a strong feeling this might be the last one for me as they offer manual transmissions less and less.

Patience really did pay off. I've had friends hop in this past week and ask me if it's a new Tacoma. I then run through my tally of nicks and dings, although few and small.

    Thanks for all the welcome!
