I'd love to help you out but i'm not a big fan on shipping stuff. I've had bad luck in the past...

Ordered my frame reinforcement plates from CBI offroad, got the receipt today and said that the estimated ship date is the middle of May... Also ordered a new matching tire for the matching spare rim I have on the way. Was going to start tearing into the bumper install this week but the weather looks like its going to be raining all week. It's all coming together slowly but surely!

Rear bumper is installed! Ended up needing to use ratchet straps to pull the frame closer together to get the bumper to slide on but once we did that everything went on smooth! My spare wheel got here today and tire should be here tomorrow. I'll get it mounted either tomorrow or the next day. Like the way it's all turning out! Thanks again for the bumper @TrailRider2002!

Finally got the ditch lights mounted after much procrastination. Moved the pods from the bumper to the ditch lights. I think it makes the bumper less clustered with lights and more evenly spaces out the lights. Anyways, here's some pics!

In other news, took the truck on its first drive since installing the tire on the bumper. I can notice a little bounce whenever I go over a bump on the highway, so i think I'm going to reinforce the tire carrier and possibly see if I can bring the tire in closer to the truck. I also ordered an add a leaf for my rear leaf springs due to the added weight, noticed the rear end not sitting as high as it was. CBI frame reinforcements should be shipping sometime in the middle of May and should help out the weight out back hopefully!

I kept it in the same location as iv'e always had when I initially installed all the lights. Sometime I plan to move the switches to a panel below the radio to have a nice clean look.

If you don't mind, could I get you to take a measurement for me whenever is convenient for you?

On your front bumper, how close is the rear edge of the winch tray to the lower radiator support?

Went out to the truck expecting there to be a gap to measure where you asked and didn't even need a tape measure. It's literally sitting flush with the radiator support. Not the best pic but you can see the winch plate touching the lower radiator support.

Ahh. Dang. Mine is the same way. Any impact to the bumper will send the force into the rad. support. That doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Spoke with AP today. They agreed that didn't sound right. I'm waiting to hear back from the owner.

If all else fails, I'll trim an inch or so off the winch tray.

    Thanks for the pic.

Wiring harness came in the mail for the wiring for the trailer lights. Got it from eTrailer.com and it was a plug in play. Haven't tried it out yet but it's good to know I have it whenever I do have to tow something. Bought a replacement lock pin too, old one rusted out from the old truck. Also, pretty much have the supercharger all taken apart. Slowly getting it rebuilt.

    Pic of the wiring harness
