    :D Feb 18, is the day, I`ve been waiting since the end of November :eek: to get a slot and production date.
    But finally some news, should arrive here late March, early April....... The SC will waiting for install upon arrival.

    Know the feeling about waiting as well. I ordered a BRM Double Cab OR 6MT on 10/27/14.... Originally promise was 6-8 weeks. It was finally built and shipped on 1/22/15 after initial planned build date of 1/12/15....

    It is currently riding the rails and should be at the dealer by the end of next week...

    Fortunately they had built & shipped the truck when I called to check the status after the actual build had been pushed out. Was so pissed off that if it hadn't been built I was going to buy an automatic version of same truck which had just come in at a different dealer.

    Thats cool. Did you get a vin number before the built date? My dealer just told me my build date is Feb 18 as well.

    DCLB TRD Sport, Navigation and tow 4wd. White with Graphite interior.

    For those wondering which model I ordered
    I just want to let you know that in Canada the option packages seem to have somewhat different names. You can go to the Toyota Canada site to check out the difference.
    So.... I have on order a Silver DC, TRD Sport Premium, Trail Teams, Manual, short throw shifter, and a Super Charger ready to install when it arrives.In Canada DC`s only come with 4L 4X4 with a 5 foot box.
    I am going to use this Taco as a daily driver, and also pull a small toy hauler on 2-3 trips a year.
    Can`t wait.

    On mine, they had what they called a "Pre Production Vin" once the vehicle was allocated and a build date was set. Actual Vin was pretty much the same as there are a couple letters and such that depict it as a Pre Production Vin. They used the early number to set up my paperwork, but needed the real vin to do the actual papers. Not sure if that is BS or not, but I got an early and a late vin on my different paperwork. Build Date to delivery was about 2 weeks in California from Texas.

    Just picked up a 2015 today that arrived at the dealer yesterday in SoCal.
    Is there anything on the window sticker or vin that indicates a build date?
    A dealer I was trying to get one from had a 2-20 build and said it took 7 days to get them after build.

    Tag on the drivers door should have the build date and also if it is a Texas or Baja built truck. Baja built is about a week to Cali dealers.....Texas trucks take a 10 days to 2 weeks.
