I was surprised to find I did not have intermittent wipers on my 15 , but have since fixed this thanks to TW.

I didn't have them either and live in the Northwest rain fest. Nearly killed myself.
Went to 3 dealers all were useless and couldn't confirm whether the 250$ switch then sell would work. I went to a wrecker where there was a 2009. I pulled it out and swapped it into mine. 75$ done!

Installed Overhead Compass and Temperature Display along with outside temperature sensor and wiring; LED lights reverse backup; LED license plate lights; Added GTA Bluetooth Audio kit to stock radio for iphone audio; Spare tire steel braided air hose extension connection to rear bumper; Installed new headlights along with new bulbs PIAA H4 XTreme and for fog lights PIAA H10 XTreme bulbs. Installed new hood with "hood-scoop". Installed Predator Side Steps. Replaced front chrome grill with customized color matched (Desert Sand Mica) grill with added TOYOTA lettering (also in matched color), installed and secured tailgate anti-theft devices. Also installed a new external TPMS monitor for all 4 tires.
    Cool!

When my wife and I purchased our daughters 2012 Tacoma brand new back in Aug. 2012 it did not come with intermittent wipers just the plain jane three switch wipers (off, regular and fast).

Thanks to TW, found a thread on how to swap out a plain jane wiper cluster switch for an upgraded intermittent switch! Purchased a new one off of Ebay for $70 and made the switch!
