I've had parts for a while and finally decided to get it done. I ordered new pads and rotors after I had a caliper replaced a few months back that was sticking. I used to be able to get power stop rotors for cheap through my buddy's brake shop but he recommend these rotors for a little better price. I have always ran the porterfeild pads on previous Honda and Acura vehicles and have been very happy with them. I wanna say the pads were about 70 bucks and 60ish a peice for the rotors but I'm not exactly sure as I had a few other charges when I picked em up and it didn't have a price break down. Didn't take time too long to swap em out today. I don't drive aggressively in my truck but I did notice the pads seem to bite harder. I got to do a few firm hard stops from 30 mph but I should probably do a couple more to make sure the pads and rotors seat well.

Great info thank you! I had never head anything about that before. It's always tough to compare after market products as they are never all rated on the same scale. Hard to differentiate between tested facts and marketing terms sometimes.

when I look at brake pads at the auto parts store there is the good better best decison to be made and comparing the letter code just confirms that the pads in the box are what you are paying for. Cheap, thieving b###tards will swap the best pads into the good box and the unknowing next guy gets screwed.
