First off, I'm 2 weeks late with this.
The bumper that I ordered from Demello near the end of July 2020 finally showed up about 2 weeks ago. That's THREE MONTHS LATE......
I suppose that some will say that I was stupid and should have demanded a refund when Demello said that it was "lost". However with all of the hype and great reviews that I read on TW about their products, I had decided to wait.
I will say this for Demello off-road, the sales person Vy tried his best for me and I appreciate it. He did send me a bunch of swag to apologize for the huge delay.
The owner Jason however in my opinion really needs to fix how he runs his business. From what I could tell, there is no real tracking of the bumpers or other custom parts. I say this because when I asked about the 2 month time between when my bumper should have been done and when I was told it was lost, they didn't have an answer.
I can't tell him how to run his business but I do have the right to voice my opinion.
I am happy with the bumper that I ordered. I look forward to installing it after I do the suspension upgrade.

Nice! My favorite bumper that's aluminum! Actually strong too.....crushed the backend of a buick suv in front of me and protected my hood/fenders/lights last year!
