LOL I've got the silver. And no offense taken. I don't like black, too hard to keep clean. I wanted either speedway blue, silver, or mag grey. But I had to have a double cab for the booster seat, I wanted off road pkg, and I wanted 6 spd. So I kinda had to take what I could get.

Yeah, I almost had to settle for silver, was the only 6sp around, then another dealer came though and got this one in and saved me the misery of silver. Miller Toyota of Manassas you are my hero!

I'm with you on Ourisman's, they were a bunch of D-bags, felt like they didn't want to do anything. Even though they were obligated to sell me a vehicle - but again, only had silver, so didn't really want to give them my business anyways.

Sucks because they're really close to work, but I wouldn't even give them any warranty or TSB business the way they were acting. Their loss..

Time to go play with the new toy!

TRD sport pkg, Towing Pkg, Ham radio installation, bed lights, front 32 inch LED Bar behind the grill.
My 2009 came with the small nets, one for the console and one behind the passenger rear seat. They had to scare up the 4 tie down cleats for the bed, the doors that covered the two rear bed compartments and the rear floor mats. I complained, wrote Toyota and got them to get the stuff.

My truck came for another dealer and probably the missing equipment was either never installed or removed for another customer. They also gave me the trailer plug 7 pin to 4 pin adapter since on their web page it indicated it was included with the Sport towing package.

You know how it goes these days just wash em up, fill em up and hand the new owner the keys. The days are gone of spending a couple of hours doing a new car prep, making sure all the accessories are there and installed, checking the engine tune, seeing the doors fit and close properly etc. I did all of that in the 1970's but then we could easily change engine timing by loosening a bolt that held the "distributor" in place, those are gone too.

ENJOY!!! your new ride, I like mine just fine.

I know what you mean, and yeah the 7-4 pin converter, I thought that was a gimme as well (like you said, says its included in the tow package) I'll have to get on them about that as well, thanks for the reminder.

You should of sold your Scion privately. I would never trade in a vehicle. Complicates the deal since they make the average buyer feel like they got a good trade in but then they raise the price on the vehicle you are trying to buy.

Regardless, congrats on your new ride!

I'm planning on getting one of these soon!

My purchase price was already set, no negotiating on that, I got it well below invoice (employee price), and I tried selling it privately for 3-4 months before finally giving up. I still made equity off the car, not a big deal. In any other circumstance I'd be with you 100%.
